Pension Christoph is een geweldig pension. Het staat op een uitstekende locatie, vlakbij de piste, het gezellige centrum en de leuke apres ski. De kamers en appartementen zien er keurig netjes uit en ook wordt aan het ontbijt veel aandacht besteed. Elke keer als wij hier komen voelen we ons weer thuis. Westendorf is een gemoedelijk dorp. Ook de pistes zijn mooi en worden goed bijgehouden, zodat skien er heerlijk is.

The Pension has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the excellent Nursery area and a 5 min walk from the ski hire shop. It's in a quiet part of the town so you are not disturbed by any late night revellers, yet a brief stroll puts you right in the centre. We stayed in one of the apartments as a family of 5 and it had plenty of room for us.

The Village,

A typical Austrian Tyrol village, lovely architecture combined with many modern facilities. Good range of bars and restaurants and all children friendly (apart from the fact that smoking is still allowed - we'd forgotten what a wonderful law that is!). A short and very easy transfer form Salzburg airport.

The Skiing

The area has something for everyone in relation to ski ability. The addition of a new lift connecting Westendorf and Brixen will further improve the skiing. Westendorf Nursery area,whilst low down is one of the best I have experienced in the Alps. The level of instruction is good and most speak excellent English (lot's of Dutch instructors). The snow park area in Westendorf is a must for anyone with adventurous kids!!

We could not have chosen a better place for our family ski holiday. The kids had so much fun, and so did the parents - none of us wanted to go home! We are all agreed that this was down to the fantastic hospitality at Pension Christoph. Not only did we have everything we needed - spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms and a great breakfast to start the day - but the help and advice from Clive and Chris meant we really made the most of our week in Westendorf. Even before we arrived the mysteries of how to start skiing were solved, our endless questions answered with great knowledge and humour. The brilliant location close to the slopes and village made it really easy for us getting the kids and gear back and forth. As first time ski-ers Westendorf was a fantastic location with excellent ski schools, equipment hire and good places to eat. Everyone was friendly and we were completely comfortable with giving the kids plenty of freedom. We can't wait to come back next year!

Visiting Westendorf in the summer lived up to expectations and more.

Beautiful weather and scenery, lots to do, walking, cycling, local swimming pools. Flowers everywhere and great Beer, just how I imagined how Austria would be.

Pension Christoph has a relaxed family atmosphere, Clive and Chris, the owners, make your stay an easy comfortable experience.

The Ski season is fantastic! The Pension is perfectly situated and is a short walk to the slopes. Great skiing bars and restaurants. We're looking forward to going back at the New Year!
